Cold skewers hairy belly, this sauce is simply yybs! The hairy belly is cut evenly with this juice. It is really delicious, and it is not bad to sprinkle some bones in the roast. Nevertheless the reaction of Les Confidences was perfect. The waiter made us feel comfortable, apologized for the miscommunication and gave us as a compliment a glass of very nice champagne. Once we are back to Paris we will visit the place again on a proper day to enjoy the great service,

我们在那里吃午餐，每道菜的味道都完美平衡，从烹饪到摆盘的每一个细节都经过精心制作，这是一次令人兴奋的体验。

We had lunch there, each dish was perfectly balanced, and every detail from cooking to setting was carefully crafted, an exciting experience.

真是一顿美餐，我们吃了 10 道菜，还搭配了葡萄酒！再加上奶酪当然这个地方很棒而且装饰很漂亮。喜欢这顿晚餐。

Really a great meal, we had 10 courses and also paired with wine! Plus cheese of course the place is great and beautifully decorated. Loved the dinner.
